Thickened Edge Manganese Steel Screen Extends the Service Life of Mining Screening Equipment

Screen mesh loss has always been a major operational cost in mines, aggregate crushing plants and coal washing factories. Ordinary carbon steel screens are prone to wire breakage, edge loosening, material leakage and deformation under long-term high-frequency vibration, resulting in frequent replacement and reduced production efficiency. The edged manganese steel crimped screen is specially optimized for heavy-duty mining working conditions, adopting 65Mn manganese steel material with unique work-hardening performance — the surface becomes harder with continuous friction and impact, delivering far better wear and impact resistance than ordinary steel screens.

Equipped with fully wrapped thick steel plate or angle steel reinforced edges, the screen completely solves common problems such as edge fracture and material deviation leakage during vibration. It maintains uniform mesh aperture, high screening accuracy and anti-clogging performance. Compatible with circular vibrating screens, linear vibrating screens and drum screens, it is widely used in quarries, coal mines, iron ore mines and aggregate yards, effectively reducing equipment downtime and improving overall production capacity.
